K, I just did a search lol and found that holiday in where I normaly stay at is 230 bucks a day on that weekend. So I searched for cheaper hotels so that everyone can afford to go and I found this one

Best Inn - Fisherman's Wharf It's 90 bucks a nite for me 2 adults and 1 child with 2 beds non smoking. So im guessing for you singles it will be cheaper. Would be nice if someone from the area checks out the hotel and tells me if it is in a nice area of the wharf.

Also found a Travelodge 1450 Lombard Street, San Francisco CA 94123. If someone can check that one out for me too that'd be great.

Aslo if you price out a motel 6 in their area you would be floored at the price down there. Most LA hotels are the most expensive in california. So they are probably pretty happy with the prices they did find. My suggestion too would be to try and find something out of the city. Not only cheaper but better space.
