Looking to do exhaust and intake on my '01 Maxima SE, any Suggestions?

I want it to be a more deep and bassy sound as compared to a high ricer like sound of a fart can. I dont know where to start looking exhaust wise. Im leaning towards a K and N cold air for the intake. All advice is appreciated.-Hayes-
