In PR there's two r34 skylines one is GTR blue that the first owner brought it in 2006 and bought the car in the states. So it should be no problem bringing them here since the car is already register in PR. The only concern is the duana since they are a pain in the a.. Also there are couple of r33 on the island.
Mr.nismo1 , I currently live in Puerto Rico, and since we're a USA commonwealth, the exact same rules and regulations (25 year importation and the like) apply here too. Let's have a chat you and I. check my post over here:

A couple of months ago I bought an R32 GTR that is currently located in Yokohama Japan, and have to wait till October 2014 to bring it over to the USA, then ship it to PR. shoot me an email at
[email protected] . Although I know of one R34 on the island (Mr Vicente's Pepsi Blue R34 GT-R) which I have never personally seen, (but know it exists, A couple of friends of mine have seen it, was for sale 2 years ago on dream motors pr, plus here's a video of it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgF8BMZH7cM) The other one I know of was a show car from the Dominican Republic (Black and White) that was temp. imported for an auto show (Video here:

Moving on to R33s, the only one I know of is a champagne red R33 GTS-T that was imported to PR I think around 2006 (supposedly Motorex Legal) (Forum post were I found it seems to be offline atm, but I'll check again to see if they're up again). I currently know of a guy who went to Japan and bought an R34 GTR for cheap, and was in the process of bringing it over here as parts (Chassis cut in half and all that). I'll have to check with him to see if he had any success bringing it over.
