Its not hard man. Took me about 30 minutes and alot of WD40(the bolts you need to remove were rusted) other than that there are a couple screws holding the relay in and thats it.

Um... seriously man... Even assuming the screws are not hard to remove, the angles at which the screws are positions are just too impossible to get to! Arrgghhh....

I did mine with the wheel still in place. It might help if you remove the wheel to get to those under fender bolts
