I've had a 3" blitz nur spec on my sr20 like 3 years ago. LOVED it. Its loud tho. My friend had a HKS hi power, they're nice too. At this point, between the hi power and the nur spec, its all about your personal preference. They're both going to sound relatively the same, but the canister style of the nur spec is a bit more rounder around the edges.

only real advice I can give is that 3" cat backs are intended for turbo engines, while 2.5" cat backs are for naturally aspirated engines. Are you going to be buying a full cat back, or just the exhaust?

the guy is obviously looking for an N1 style exhaust and you guys are referring him the most OEM'ish looking exhaust on the market. lol.

Z-Silvia, spend some time on youtube looking for sound clips, hopefully that'll help your decision. Also take a look at Buddy Club Spec 2 exhaust, another one of my favs. Personally, Blitz nur spec takes my vote.

BRM, very quiet, looks stock, and kinda boring in my opinion. thats just me.

I love my BRM 2.5" on my KA-T. I am making around 350 hp and firmly believe that the exhaust will support a bit more. I have had mine on for about 5 years now and no problems. I picked up the aluminized steel system with 27" resonator and 2.5 in/dual 2.5 out muffler. It is quiet compared to some of the other systems out there, but I'm not trying to make 600 horse. I am also driving this on a daily basis so in order to keep the neighbors happy, a quiet exhaust is pretty manditory.
