With my 205 60 15 Goodyear Ultra Grips, I could spin 5th easily.
With my 185 65 15 Nokian Hakka R's (Best ones in the market), I couldn't spin second, just barely, and sliding my a** around corners was impossible. With the Goodyears, the rear end would kick out sometimes under heavy decel. With the Nokians, I shifted from 4th to 2nd and dumped the clutch, the car DID not shift lock.
No extra weights in the trunk, stock spare and jack with tools, and a DC Sports Upper Strut Bar...which adds nothing.
Just shows how much good snow tires can do, kept up with an AWD WRX, it had stock wheels and stock size all seasons.
Honestly, I call bluff. I know snow tires make a huge difference, but no way you keptup with a wrx, sorry. I had Blizzaks on my E36 and I could break em free whenever I wanted, but also had excellent traction when I drove like an average person. Now my WRX on the other hand is a whole nother beast...
