R6 i got some BIO XC that work out better than the accuve 1's in ur RX if u wanna try em there good 2 wear 4 like 3-4 weeks

Don't have any Acuvue 2? I use Acuvue 2, I liked the Advance with Hydraclear, but they're expensive.

I'm scared to try anything else other than Acuvue cuz I've tried a couple others like Freshlook and my eyeballs got infected.

LOL at Brian, eyeballz. Sounds so weird.

I use Frequency 38, just bought like a years supply . My eyes get really dry after I take a nap and I tend to wear my contacts for the whole day. I tried Oasys from Acuvue before getting my contacts. They worked decently well, but they seemed really heavy and hard to put on. They were a much thicker material and took forever to stick in my "eyeballz."

What's the difference between Oasys and Advanced from Acuvue? I think I may give them a try again after I run out.

Never tried the Oasys, but I loved the Advance with Hydraclear I can sleep with those for days, no problems. I have the Acuvue 2 cuz the Advance are too expensive for my blood, and I figure that if I stop being lazy and take out my contacts every night I don't really need the Advance with Hydraclear. UNLESS I GET HOOKED UP.

Never had problems with the Acuvue 2, it doesn't even feel like they're on, I can use them the whole day no problems. Different eyes have different reactions to different materials I guess.

It took a crap.

My steering boot is ripped and the seal is leaking, thus I need new rack. I have to get a new outer tie-rod anyways so I might as well go aftermarket.

damn, my boot is ripped really bad, im trying to avoid water as to not ruin the rack, a simple boot will save teh rack right? LOL

noob away, but how will u know if the rack is screwed?

Dude if its ripped and NOT leaking REPLACE THE BOOT NOW. You will save urself 100-200 bucks cuz once it starts leaking u will HAVE TO REPLACE the rack.

Oh snap my bad I missed ur post. It's alright man my year supply of contacts came in, I guess I'll just deal with these for now, don't feel like returning them then buying them again... Next year tho!

Just wondering how much can you get a pack of Acuvue 2's for? My year supply (8 packs) was $173 so that's around $22 a pack.

i can get about 15-20%off kragen prices.

edit: R6, you want me to find out how much a remanufactured rack and pinion would cost? and the rack and pinion comes with a inner tie rod (im sure you already knew that)

emailed you. ill find out for you on monday the exact price. it will be lower than retail price for sure.

but i do have to get the core charge too and ill give you back the core charge when you give me the old core.

edit:if anybody needs anything from kragen (like o2 sensor, brake pads, rotors, etc) let me know and email me at [email protected] and ill find out for you. (btw i would prefer if people pick it up at my work)
