I have the ProContact SSR (runflat) on my DD. Yeah, runflats with no TPMS, great idea PO...

The DW I have on my Z is a great tire. Great ride quality, no tramlining and very good grip. Not Extreme Performance Summer (RE-11 or Star Spec) sticky, but definitely better than my old T1-S and proabably better or equal to my S-O3. This is my first Continental experience, and I've been happy thus far. About 3k miles on them.

I'll probably get the DWS for my DD next spring for my 3 season tire. I'll be running dedicated snows on my OEM wheels for the winter.

I wish they still made something like the RE-11 in 245/45/16. Impossible to find anymore. I'm About to have to get Nexen N3000's. I don't like the tread pattern, and have heard mixed opinions on Nexens, mostly negative. :/

Toyo T1R? I had the T1S and it wasn't a bad tire. The R is supposed to have better cornering as well. Great in the rain and fairly resistant to tramlining.

It's available in 245/45/16 per a quick Google search

Wow, it wasn't available in those sizes 2 months ago. Thanks, Tony. You da man.

Do what I can.

That's the only decent street tire I can find in that size. I know the Falken 452 is supposed to be good, but I can only find the 451 in that size. The other tires are competition tires. Which are great for dry summer use, but not so good in the rain.
