And even then all you do is screw a wider pedal on. Easy fix.AZhitman wrote:
Too small is a possibility tho.
You guys realize that that is illegal right? If you get pulled over the officer has the cognizance to notice that you are driving with no shoes on you can get that fine tacked on to the one you got pulled over for. I believe it's akin to a reckless driving charge.Doya wrote: i drive barefooted
Sambas FTW! They are a really comfortable shoe, I wear them daily and also when I get the chance to play indoor soccer. I want to get another pair in a different colorGold Digger wrote:I don't have a dedicated pair of "driving shoes", but I do have these, and I love them for driving.
Adidas Sambas
thats why you crash into people....AZ89two4Tsx wrote:I wear Crocs. Three pairs actually. Comfortable and stylish in any situation.
they make them...AZhitman wrote:
I didn't know they made driving shoes - I used to buy them for my kid when he was racing BMX (great clipless pedal shoes).
Not sure which is gayer - These or the Crocs.lino wrote:Some options to consider:
They make a general athletic shoe, mainly for sponsored riders to wear (hopefully on the podium) when they're not clipped in but still be seen with a pair of Sidis on their feet.AZhitman wrote:I don't see anything they make that would qualify as a good driving shoe, though...
lol, yea. I wish my foot was smaller though. If I could fit into a 12, I would snatch up 2 or 3 more pairs of these Raikkonen's right now as I love these shoes. I guess I'll have to wait till Puma makes size 13 Fernando Alonso's.Koshin wrote:size 13...
Yea I have massively wide feet and these shoes took a little breaking in. They're no narrower than your run of the mill piloti, but they will take a day or two to form to your foot correctly. Other than that, they're awesome shoes and I use these exclusively on long auto-x days or HPDE weekends, as I need something with a ton of comfort for long periods of time.tigersharkdude wrote:
are these shoes narrow, or they kind of wide? I have a wide foot
I dunno, I just did a search for Raikkonen Puma. My shoes look like those and I bought mine in Italy while visiting family in 2k8, so mine were more expensive, but the shoe is also outdated. The shoe was made to commemorate Kimi Raikkonen's World Championship with Ferrari in 07.tigersharkdude wrote:are these shoes real? alot of the shoes that are there are fake
LOL, I would have bought the whole store! Proper size 13's that fit well are never easy to find, but Piloti's (after a bit of walking around) fit like a charm.AZhitman wrote:Floht -
I wish I had known... The local Ross Outlet store had a crap-ton of Piloti shoes in size 13 for like $15 / pair for a LONG time.
Too big for me.
