yeah I did, I ran on it at lunch anyway heel striking... it was quite painful. I probably shouldnt have done that. even tho i was running wicked slow, about a 10m pace on a treadmill.
doing the typical quad stretch where you hold your foot by ur butt hurt my shins immensely. I believe i have shin splints now.
i am just going to take some days off from running i suppose... i'm so not used to this. i've always just been able to run. even if it was slow. but transitioning to this POSE style is proving to be extremely difficult.
i'd love for some pointers in making the transition easier on myself... i think the other day, doing 2400m in the WOD with minimalist shoes on was a bad idea (not vibrams, but inov8's) I just don't see how running like 40% of your normal run with one pair of shoes, and the rest with the other, alternating running styles is even feasible. thats one hell of an effort to put forth
