The girl drinks it, so I tried some. It's actually pretty good. But if you dislike almonds or nuts (tee hee) you might disagree. I figured it would go well with any non-fruity (tee hee) cereal. I was correct.Encryptshun wrote:Huh. I had no idea almonds had nipples.
STFU. Can't afford "action", have no working car atm, but the parts for the engine are supposed to be here today tho. Hopefully the weatherstripping too...TurboSauce wrote:No action last night dave?

You probably need to do some more calf and shin workouts.RobPaulson wrote:I have been forefoot/POSE running lately (in normal running shoes). My achilles is kinda killing me lately, should i just heel strike (just to get my runs in) for a few runs and give it a rest?

Achillies strain is normal...you've awoken muscles you're not used to using. Heel striking is still going to affect your achillies...you're still going to feel the strain.RobPaulson wrote:Dattebayo wrote: You probably need to do some more calf and shin workouts.
i think i just need to be more gradual with my POSE transition . . . i ran 1.5 miles POSE twice this week, i think it was too much. my right leg is still recovering all the muscle it lost from my recent fracture....
i was more wondering if my achilles would continue to be strained if i just ran heel striking for a few days? I REALLY want to start doing a run at lunch every day...
