lol razzo. we likes our resident fuzz ball. don't worry (christian? that's your name right?) i'm the opposite of you. chubby and trying to lose the weight. stronger muscles are better than big showy weak muscles. the work out i'm doing right now is all about building stronger compact muscles more than mass. i am getting bigger, but not like super huge. lol. at the same time i'm trying to keep up with cardio and whatnot.

Cool fact:
When Japanese people started immigrating to America, the Japanese people that were born and raised in America were taller and bigger than Japanese people in Japan.
Turns out they have the genes that tell their body to grow tall, but they didn't have the proper nutrition intake in Japan during that time.
They still have the s*** gene that makes most of em lactose intolerant though. LOL SUCKAS :P

HGH is crazy wack stuff y0.

There's a dude that graduated last year, he was about 110 pounds of nothing sophomore year, 5' 7". By senior year, he was the same height, but probably about 180.

He benched multiple reps of 315 and put the whole football team to shame, lol.

There was a dude at my highschool that benched multiple reps of 362. however, his legs were skinnier than chopsticks. i prefer to be proportionate.
