Wow, I feel fatter having read that... Thanks.

Today I had:
a tastycake chocolate chip cookie bar for breakfast
Chicken nuggets and velveta mac and cheese with honey mustard for lunch
some sort of steak with some sort of potatoes and a very small portion of boiled sliced carrots for dinner
oh and I've had a couple glasses of soda and a bunch of cocktail peanuts for mid afternoon snack.

Normally the only thing I eat all day is what ever is put in front of me for dinner, so today was a treat to actually get 3 solid meals.

i usually am active.... just not on school days cause there's no time

the only thing that changes on non school days is the quantity of what i eat.... as in... prolly 2 turkey sammiches instead of one or the equivalent.... lol

Oh man, I love those days. Especially when I have room for all 3. Normally it's a big meal when I wake up and a big meal for the next. Dinner is a maybe, so I pack up for it! LoL

Get the newer model. It probably has better cooling and a more reliable laser. I don't know anything about console reliability. Everyone is complaining about RRoD and I'm still sitting on the same console and I play for hours. I just install the game on the console and the console is sitting on stop of things that allow it to take advantage of the cooling holes on the bottom and nothing behind it. No problems.

There was more than one model PS3. One of them doesn't play the PS2 games. If you have some of these games, make sure you don't get this system.

Hmm you haz a point.
The new Slim also has a different bluray driver, so it probably has better reliability.

The fat, when it first came out, could play both PS2 and PS3 games.
Then, in the newer batches of fat PS3s, they changed out the disc reader so it only reads PS3 games, this was to lower prices and compete with the 360, iirc.

All the newer PS3 fat and slims don't read PS2 games I think, but that's fine with me, because all the older ones also had problems with the disc reading lens.

Edit: Oh it looks like the fat 80 gb version still can play PS2 games.
I don't have many PS2 games though, it's all on it's harddrive, which I load off of there.
I'll probably get the slim then.

They will probably release the old games on PS3's online network. I know they re-released FFVII on it. That's the only reason why I'm kinda wanting a PS3.

Damn you Cloud for having such an awesome battle system and capturing story! :argh

I really wish they would bring everything back from that game, except the story. They ran that into the ground. :(

I had that! Didn't have much replay value so when my PSone broke, I turned in most of my games. I wish I kept Marvel Super Heroes and Future Cop. I kept FFVII though. That's not EVER going away.

1. THE WORST DRINK IN AMERICA
Cold Stone Creamery Gotta Have It PB&C Shake
2,010 calories
131 g fat (68 g saturated)
153 g sugars

Is this the worst drink on the planet? All signs point to probably. First off, it has more sugar than 12 Fudgsicles, as much fat as a stick and a half of butter, and more calories than 37 Oreos. Oh, it also has 3 days’ worth of saturated fat. Need more proof? Let’s hope not.

Beat that.
Haha, I work there and people LOVE their PB&C shake. :rotfl

I think I just ate about 2K calories in Taco Bell food...

I had a #7 and added a Meximelt onto it. I dropped the obligatory "now I'm too full" sh*t immediately after, too...
I feel great.

Oh, somebody found my bag tossed out in Takoma Park somewhere, it had my GPS and all my toiletries and stuff in it!
It even had one of my pairs of GASCAN sunglasses in it! A partial get-back from that theft is nice, I suppose...

It's a good thing some people are kind enough to read names and phone numbers in backpacks.

and some beef and potato burritos.
