1 slab babyback ribs
add to pasta pot filled 3" with boiling water
cover and let steam for 1 hour
remove and let rest for 30 minutes under foil
Move ribs to 450 degree grill (charcoal best with mix of hickory and cedar chips added for body)
baste liberally (or conservatively, if you are a republican) with Devil's Spit sauce (let heat through 1/2 way)
flip, repeat baste, repeat heat

enjoy sex on a plate

Last time I wanted to make hot chili I added 7 or 8 habaneros to about 7 quarts of chili. I can tolerate hot, but I needed tons of sour cream to even make it possible with that batch. Prolly wont do that again. My poo burned something fierce as well.

Last time i made it to hot for the child, but luke loved it. I think Imma do 2 batches, one for the little man, and one for luke and I.
