TGIF!

Ps - got your email adam - for some reason I don't get Stillen emails anymore...weird. Either way, they're now on the short list. How's the bite compared to OEM?

I was reading that article Tuesday night. That car is pretty much perfect.

So is the 2jz32 on the other forum for sale.

Out to breakfast with the wife.

Lou, I didn't really run any scientific comparisons. I rarely brake hard (I pay attention and anticipate - it's a lost art). They don't have any less bite that I can tell from my normal driving. But I mostly just noticed that my pedal stopped pulsing from the damn warped rotor. Plus, they look sexy in comparison to the boring stock rotors.

Yep, just didn't feel like typing out all of Marky Mark and... I know for a fact that the rear rotors and pads are the same. Not entirely sure about the fronts.

That's also a repost, but I'll let it slide since I haven't seen you around much. And to help you make up for it:

I know what you mean...I do the same with braking...although deer and other animals make that hard sometime.

I'm looking to see total cost of Stillen vs the Powerslot's, which I can get local. Good for me is that my local Midas (which my family goes to for everything because they're honest and do good work) said they'll put them on for me. Just have to make the cost analysis now.

By by netbook for another month...I could have gotten a 6 cell Dell mini for $180 today...

Not crashing seems to be more important than netbooks. If you had the proper tools, swapping isn't that bad yourself. Just a matter of breaking the bolts free. Though, that did give me fits. lulx

Dude, I know the feeling. I needs some cash for an Android phone. Well, technically the cash would pay off my CC, but then my spare money could go to a phone rather than the CC. It makes sense.

yerp, swaping the rotors should be cupcake compaired to the q45 brake swap I did. Yea the only pain was the bolts as bonker said. Once you pass that just replace rotor, bolt back caliper, bolt wheel on.

My problem was getting enough torque to break them free. Then again, I was lacking the breaker bar at first. With a crescent wrench and breaker bar it's cake.

Saw this on the news the other day too, but didn't catch the details. Sounds pretty absurd:

They gave me these tiny fried chicken tenderonis on delicious biscuits that I dipped in gravy and hot sauce. It was stellar.
