Been having lots of troubles with my fuel injectors leaking.. I bought a set from advance auto parts as prescribed on searching up the problem here.. Way too big, gas flowed out like a fountain.

Tried again with a different o-ring that I found listed with a part number on here, the "kit" only contained 1 o-ring along with 2 rubber boots.. for 8$ so I got that and 3 I had the worker there match to it (no way in hell am I going to spend 40$ on a miniscule piece of rubber), went home and installed those..

Afterwards, only one SLIGHTLY leaked, I thought I was in the clear.. then a few days later all but one injector was completely soaked with gas.

Well ok, I figure I would go somewhere that cant screw it up, so I go to my local nissan dealer and ask them for 90 240sx fuel injector o-rings, they look and find some, and give them to me free because they had no price listed.

Took them home and tried installing, Don't even fit into the fuel bar.. way too thick..

Is it not possible to find some o-rings that fit for this car? There's no NAPA out here or else i'd try them..

and not to mention, just touching the wires on the injectors cause the idle to go nuts, so am I going to have to replace those too? and how?

Remember to put vaseline on o-rings or you will damage them during install.

email or phone them and say you are nico member. make sure you get the ones for SOHC, not DOHC.

Make sure to install fuel injector all the way down in there. Cap wont push it down either, I was wondering though... is there an easier way of installing the INJ. without like banging on it? I haven't done too many of these

I used a large screw driver. I put the point of the screwdriver on the top of the fuel injector and pushed and it snapped in. a nut driver with a 10 mm socket should work too. I just held the handle of screwdriver and pushed. This is the DOHC fuel injectors(1991-1994).
