Lambo + wax = Qx4?

So I definitely don’t use this site anymore. I wish I did but I just kind of stopped looking at the forums. But once again I am back with something that I thought was cool. On the side I like to detail exotic cars. My list of cars I have done includes 2009 Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640, 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo, 2006 Corvette Z06, 2009 Maserati Quattroporte Coupe, and many BMWs and Merc’s. Just thought I’d make this topic to say hey to everyone again!

orange peel on a lambo.....meanwhile here in oakville ford is pulling hundreds of Ford Edge models off the lots to replace this paint defect...nice..

great looking cars none-the-less. I would personally not go for such a common ride as a lambo, id have a little more class and get an aston martin :p

John, you should spent more time and effort making your q better instead of giving rich pencil pushers attention they dont deserve for their mounds of cash. I know you detail cars as a job but rich people just piss me off, especially ones that roll around in lime green lamborghinis...HEY, LOOK AT ME, IM RICH, dont know what a lamborghini is? what about now, ITS LIME GREEN! mind you, the latest lambo murcielago sv in orange is quite sexy....the murcielago is done production this year to be replaced with a new model next year

My rep for one. You just have to be really good at what you do. I only do this part time as I enjoy it and what I do pays well when you work on cars like this.I made over 2 grand on the black Lambo posted on my link. My father is in a exotic car club this also helped get my name out.

Qxxx4 Not all of the exotic car owners are dooshes.. The older guys have it more together lol But i know what you mean I have a customer with 5 lambos, and 2 Ferraris, his goal is to have a Lambo for everyday of the week it was his dream car growing up...

Well I must admit, the owner of these fine lambo’s....knows absolutely nothing about them. He refers to them as "the green one" and the "yellow one" ha-ha. And as far as the orange peel goes, the picture have been edited a lot, I am a photographer and I used a couple programs to edit them.

I'm 100% sure its orange peel I have seen a few lambos with it in the same area. The reflection gives it away. Even editing the pictures wouldn't add orange peel, look how sharp the image is on the whole car. follow the body lines and you will see what I mean.

I'm not sure if you detail cars and do paint correction but dealing with a car like this I would buy a high end paint depth gauge and see how many microns you have to play with. Then your going to have to cut the crap out of the clear and polish it back out. If both doors have it I could see 2-5hrs a door depending how good you are and put about $1000. in your pocket
