I would have crashed into her and possibly finished her off with my bare hands depending on how the day had been and what mood I was in. One of these days my attitude will kill someone. It sucks but I really think you did the best thing in that situation. crashing into her or beating her to death would have changed your life forever. My bro had a concealed weapons permit and left his Glock 9mm in his car. You can be sure if he think's someone's firin off caps at him, he'll fire back .

Small claims court is probably the only way you'll ever get anything to happen to her.

Unless there was serious property damage or bodily injury, most law enforcement agencies won't follow through with any sort of criminal charges. It's too difficult for them to prove who did what unless a cop actually saw it, and more often than not is a waste of their time.
