Is it just me or does everybody go through the kyb gr-2's like a glass of cold cool aid on a hot day. I have a 92 hatch and im using tein s-techs. I purchased them in august. I had the rears to go on me within the first month. and about two weeks ago my passenger front vibrates like a jackhammer when i corner even moderatley hard. do i need to go to the agx to have more reliabilty? And yes I do drive hard on a daily basis and the car never sees a track.

GR2s are more of a OEM replacement, nothing too hard core. AGX are the way to go. I plan on going AGX and S-techs or a similar spring.

i don't think AGX were ment to be dropped more then 1.5 inches. In my experience gr-2s don't last long with aftermarket springs that lower the car more then an inch. Also using dustboots will help the life of the strut too.

I am using dust boots, and Im running the back of my car at full ride hieght, and the front is probly dropped about half an inch to match the rear
