is it me or does your rb25 sit really low in the engine bay?

that's good, a low engine would lower the center of gravity and help the handling which is what your gonna need when you got 2 extra cylinders on the front of the car. How's the handling on the rb swaps? I want to swap an rb25 someday, but people say handling is significantly worst than stock sr's, etc.

people who say that most likely have never driven an rb anything, theyre just full of ****. my car handles just fine. most of the extra weight is in the transmission anyway.

^yeah thats what i figured and thats right in the middle front of your car anyway which shouldnt effect much.

yeah I was a little skeptical, handling may be a little worse compared to a little light sr, but nothing major i would imagine especially since the engine is lower and most of the weight is in the transmission like you said. rb25 would be my ultimate goal

^ nice, same route I went with: HP first, looks/brakes/suspension last. That's the hard part IMO: engine work. Everything else is just money to buy bolt-on parts like coils, wheels, brakes, bumpers, etc.

Thats opposite of my goals, did brakes, suspension, wheels, sticky *** tires, next is carputer then a turbo to tune with it

that's what most people do. Probably a better route so you can use your new high HP with the supporting mods, but you will end up with a sleeper when you do engine first lol

That's why I love where I live, no one knows what an s14 240 is... I went to a car show a few weeks back and there was a c5 corvette and a 66 chevelle in front of me when i was pulling in and an evo behind me. They put me with the domestics and sent the evo to the import section. Our cars are one of those sharp looking coupes that everyone has to look at twice

lol maybe the guy thought you had a pontiac or something I get a lot of people that still ask me, "what kinda car is that?" thats when I answer "it's a nissan" then we go from there.."it's actually a 240sx" then we continue.."it's actually rear wheel drive"

i dunno about you guys but the s14 reminds me of an Italian coupe. It has a thin C pillar and some round stylish features to it like the tail lights/trunk/rear bumper. It's a very beautiful car.

Eh, still trying to find the middle ground that gets more compliments from girls and less from guys... the tan leather def helps make it look more sofisticated. Actually when I have it raised a little higher girls seem to like it more, I'm going to miss this look when I sell my coils

I don't want to see what you do to your car when you are alone with it
