Truth: Coilovers destroy car lol My car used to be noise free and drove like a Lexus. It drives good but since I got my coilovers the whole car just makes squeeks and random noises all the time lol. Little screws and bolts are backing themselves off in the door panels. I even get some noises under my dash Lolbigs wrote:
That's exactly why I don't want to slam the car. It took me forever to get an OEM lip, and they're expensive as hell. I just don't see the point of going super low. It destroys your car for the most part. I Just want to get rid of my wheel gap.
Add rear valences, turn signals, fog lights, and paint to that. Pretty damn expensive. HahaPersona wrote:Thats it I want a JDM front and rear now.
yea i know, the top ring on both of my rear coilovers will not budge, tried to break it a few ways but they still wont budge...turbo2nr wrote:sexy sexy!
slam the rear now and it will be set!
yeah you could easily spend a grand.. I think I added all my aero to 1500 with the greddy lip(which broke of course ) plus paint which is a good 150 if you do it yourselfbigs wrote:

Thats what she said,Persona wrote:More noise is to be expected due to being stiffer
Tell me about it. Which is why i only have the front end for now. The JDM rear bumper and valences cost the same amount (about $250 each)bigs wrote:Add rear valences, turn signals, fog lights, and paint to that. Pretty damn expensive. Haha

If i'm not mistaken, you have to cut up the bumper foam. Otherwise, it's a direct fit. I don't personally own one, i've just read up on it.la_kouki_10 wrote:is the jdm front bumper a bolt on, or do you gotta do some modifactions.?
Your bumper is going to get completely destroyed when you hit something, won't it?spooled240 wrote:I just ditched the foam..and the wiring is 4 wires..not hard AT ALL
hahaha, never crossed my mind to use fg aero at all, id rather wait and save the money and get the nissan oem product. ill take a pic when i get the lip painted from the shop. we'll be twins in white and red.spooled240 wrote:haha, least you didn't plunker down the cash on a s***ty fg kit that fits like crap and shatters over the first dip
i broke my greddy so i have the cwest now which is frp
yea, pretty sure I've revived my lip at least 3 times. the latest one was when I hit a squirrel doing 80 needless to say, the squirrel definitely diedFrank E Bones wrote:
Trust me it will be a worthy investment. Also if you go too low, be prepared to kiss that lip goodbye.
