make sure you guys tape those old sidemarker lights up so they don't touch. If they touch, it will short circuit and blow fuses. I blew my turn signal fuse and my hazard light fuse testing out my JDM turn signals =/

I think I fried something in my alarm too since the lights don't light up when I activate/deactivate my alarm...it's stealth now lol

U know I love my pearl white man, I wouldnt change it for anything. Im just saying it would be easier to repaint it the same color. Most people dont spend enough money for a good paintjob where they will paint the doorjambs or the engine bay.

lol ok, so get sidemarker signals, solder them with each 2 signal wires of the two sockets? also there is an extra wire hangin out with the other turning signals, could that be the sidemarker signal because its the only one that reaches all the way down with the other 2 sockets so idk im 16 so im not an expert at this wiring stuff, ive brought my car to a professional 240 guy(as i thought he was) but he said it wasnt possible for s14's to have the signal lamps to stay on, but obviously u, frank e bones and ive seen some other 240s know how to wire it so ya i knew it could. If u could like make a video or like a diy for this that would be awesome

ey that red kouki up there just looks like it needs a wash and wax!! Frank E bones is right, I think you should keep it red

that extra wire looks like your fog light harness. Did you have fog lights before?

Your pic looks correct, both the light bulbs go to ONE socket like you did. Try it out, it should work..just make sure those other cut wires aren't touching or you'll have problems. I don't think sidemarkers are required in Japan and the sidemarkers they did have over there were on the front fenders behind the wheels (JDM tyte!!)

no, the fog light harness has nothing to do with the turn signals so just leave it aside.

Did you try turning on your turn signals? It should work just looking at your pic.

Yeah it does...but the previous owner must've gotten into a accident damaging the rear corner panel, which explains the bondo and cheesy a** paint...it looks ridiculous!! LoL Red's starting to grow on me...but i've always wanted a black kouki with Gold VS-XX wheels!! HOOOT!!

You can use the wire from the corner light and wire it to the turn signal, then switch the turn signal to the corner light, that way when you use the turn signal the corner light will flash, and you can have the turn signal light stay on, I was gonna do it that way but got lazy and just fixed the turn signal, which took me over 2 hours because all the original owner has was just headlight, and I had to find and test which wires does what.

btw, black on bronze works vs-xx is my plan.. though I might go white.

Sorry I cant be much help bro but like SleepyHB said, do that. If anything wire em up and see what part lights up and if its not what u want just switch it around. Best way u can learn is just trying it. Let me know how it turns out P.S if anything i will get some pics up tomorrow for u.

^looks a lot better man

Those JDM turn signals have wires going to each bulb from the socket so a simple splice and solder should do it.

Kouki_projekt, does the whole turn signal flash when your turn signals are on or no?

Na not the whole signal, i wired it to where the corner light(next to headlight) and the outer side of the jdm signal flashes when i signal. lol im cool with it though, plus its better for the car next to me to see my signals anyway haha saftey first... Ill post up my car again once i get my bronze 5zigen rims on
