Yep, haha. It doesn't flow at all with the kouki sideskirts without a lip. Looks too out of place.

you're in IL so shipping would be really expensive for the kouki conversion shipped from CA. I'd say the cheapest way to go OEM kouki is a local part-out/used parts

spooled240 wrote:the jdm turn signals have different sockets but you can swap them with the USDM side marker sockets. If you don't know what i'm talking about, look at the 2nd pic of the black kouki up there, it's that little orange reflector/sidemarker on the side of the front bumper.

The JDM bumper doesn't even have those so you wouldn't need that socket anyway. Just cut it off with enough wire, solder and shrink tube it onto the stock turn signal wires. The socket will plug right in to the JDM turn signals.

Then tape off the sidemarker wires, you don't want them touching with your parking lights/hazards on or you'll start blowing fuses.
someone else asked this a while back, but this is what i did

I think i get what your sayin, so basically just cut the sidemarker signal wires with enough wire to solder onto both of the jdm signal sockets? and you do the same to the other side

that lip is a little out of place IMHO, but it looks badass...but I would rock it

kouki_projekt, you don't even have to cut off a lot of wire. If i remember correctly, the stock turn signal harness was already long enough to reach the JDM turn signals.
