i was on my way to watch a local band (joey's loss) play tonight and i saw 2 240s in the parking lot at harry's and i was wondering if they were on these boards. one was red and the other was maroon

lol, me and my friend each have a 240, his is red mine is maroon, and we drive together a lot. but we were never in knoxville.

i got a red 240. i'm usualy around chapman hwy and w. cumberland alot. theres also a kids with a black 240 that works at the jiffy lube on chapman hwy near the old walmart.

I'd come, i'm only an hour from knoxville. My 240 isn't all that special, having only an exhaust, but it'd still be cool to hang out one day.

you all should come to one of the autocrosses going down in sparta at the ky speedway, there are a few 240s that show up there

Not sure where sparta is...I know of a track..its a 1/8 track but its the closest in knoxville.. Knoxville Dragway in Maynardville (865)992-9995..they have import night every thursday....

Theres a 1/8th mile in newport, and a full quarter in bristol, althought thats a long way to drive just for 2-3 runs. Any you guys got aim (burnin I think ur already on my bud list)? I'm reddragonhcivic (used to own a civic) just hit me up sometime and I might find my way down there on the weekend.

I mostly go to Knoxville Dragway...its gettin pretty ****ty though...a bunch of stupid ppl are starting to go so..I dont go all that much anymore.

I Have Done A Few Things To My Car...Like AEM Short Ram Air Intake And Exhaust And Painted My Interior To Match The Car Paint...A Wing And 10' JL Audio N All That Good Stuff...But I Love My Car...I Ordered Some 17's Off Ebay...Turns Out That Guy's Account Was Bogus And I Am Getting 1/3 Of My Money Back (Only $150 Out Of $400) And I Dunno What To Do

Its usually a pretty good turnout it is $5 to watch $12 to run and there are mostly street legal cars there. They run everything though.. not just imports..motorcycles and just pretty much anything.

LOL, funny. This is like the billionth Knoxville thread you've made Red. There is a Knoxville thread in the NICO meets section where I am trying to organize the Knoxville 240's and get maybe monthly meets set up or something of that nature.

There is another maroon 240 with the same wheels and exhaust that I used to have. It's some German guy and he's a total ***. I see him again and i'll punch his teeth out. But yeah, I've been trying to organize some Knoxville stuff but a new thread pops up like every other day and I can't get everyone to post in one spot. I say the meets section is most appropriate. I'll even make a new thread, so look for it shortly.

GirlRacer, is the other guy your talkin about doin a S15 FE Conversion?? I saw a car like urs and this guy had the S15 headlights and he was an *******....I wanted to stab him right there..he was suck a smartass.. But Neways, it looks like I am not gonna be able to get that '92... I am now open..I am looking for a '92-'98 240sx..5Spd..I am gonna talk to my uncle at the Dealership and see if he can find me something...This is really pissen me off...

there is a 93 240sx on chapman hwy at mile after mile autpo sales. the engine has a stutter to it around 3-4k rpm. he wants 1700 for it. but it's been there for like 4 months now so i'm sure you can talk him down.

Probably. This guy is kinda tall with a shaved/buzzy haircut. He's German and speaks with a really thick accent. He is the biggest jerk ever. He tired to force me to sell my car to him bc he couldn't find an S14 then when he did get one he got the same year, color etc and bought the same wheels and exhaust to match mine. He then started following me to meets and shows and would stand by my car and even GET IN IT if I walked away and tell people it was his car. He has tried to race me endless times and has no hope of ever winning. He's stock and i'm obviously turbo if you look at my sig pic. Anyways, he's been talking crap lately about how he wants to race me for money and that's fine and good. As far as the S15 thing goes.....I know a while back he was talking about doing a monster SR. And when I say a while back I mean like 4 years ago and still has nothing more than a cold air intake i think. But he can race me for all I care.....least of my worries is a stock anything.

sounds like the guy..not too thick accent though..I may have to go check out that 93 when I come in this weekend.. Can you anyone think of some reasons for the 3-4k studder?? The only one I can think of is possibly spark plugs/wires.

And has anyone actually looked at this one on Chapman Hwy? What condition and how many miles? 5spd?
