KA24E Timing Cover won't budge?

So after the timing chain, guides and tensioner replacement the engine still sounds like this:

It's not a ticking sound. It's a rattle and it is continuous once you add throttle, no matter the RPM range.
Doesn't rattle during idle. I let it idle for 40 minutes and no rattle. Only when I push on the throttle.

If anyone can determine what that sound is please tell me what is my next step. If I have to pull the head, I might as well throw on another head.
