Don't be fooled by the guy, it's the rules. He can't legally sell the car without smogging it first.

I know you guys answered this ques. like 5 times already, but I have a jwt ecu and I remember the guy telling me that it should pass smog haven't tried it yet tho

...For me, I live in the low-budge desert so I see 40 year olds driving fart-can hondas chuggin blue smoke everyday lol it's weird out here but not too many cops out here
