hey im new and dont even have a 240 yet and im turning 16 here soon so... i have a quick question what years have KA-t's and i know manual and auto has to do with the trans but are the 240's with KA-T usally auto or manual

wel if you can answer this it would help

UPDATE: So I did some dyno runs today at a local performance shop. I put down 255 hp 251 torque @ about 10psi. I am pretty sure I have a timing issue. But oh well, I was just happy to know exactly how much HP i was puttin down. Hopefully i can make some adjustments here and there and make things right.

How much did all this cost you? i woould love to make my KA turbo any advise on taking the big step?!! by the way your set up looks nice man!!!

figured i would chime in and let everyone know how this thing is running.It was running great. Until I cracked the CXRacing manifold. Cracked where the runners come into the collector. in the process of gettin something new. not sure what yet. Had a weird misfire issue looks to be a BOV that isnt functioning properly anymore. Will update again soon

Thanks for the update man. I still think the only decent ultra cheap manifold is the bottom mount. But thats only a T2 flange...

Manifolds aren't cheap for a reason.

Could you not weld in a brace and then weld up the cracks?

I had an idea about the stalling to. But I needed to know what your RPMs were at idle?

Did you have a flex joint on your downpipe? Most of the time the top mount manifolds don't crack as long as you have a flex joint.
