Ok so I think I'ma go with the KA-T setup instead of the rb any suggestions on parts? and whats the most horsepower I should push out or expect to get out of the KA to make it reliable yet again reliablility is #1 this is my first and only car and I would hate to see it sit due to blowing the engine. Mind you I want to keep stock internals for now; down the road that will change but I need same brands or complete kits. If I can get 300+ hp with it being reliable and w/o touching the internals then someone plz let me know if that is possible. thanks!

There are so many threads on here about set-ups, you should read the stickies first and then if you have any questions feel free to ask. trust me the stickies have way more info then you can imagine, so try looking first.
