Nice video! I think you can do better than 12.8 at 14psi. You've gotta be pushing at least 300 to the wheels. With that 12.50's shouldn't be too hard, ESPECIALLY with slicks. :)

Yeah, Im shifting at 6k because I have a high rpm misfire above 6k, which im slowly sorting out when I go to the track.

Its really easy to get to PIR: Just go way up I-5 like your going to Seattle, Just before you get to the bridge to Vancouver there is a sign that says 'Portland Speedway - Next Right' Take that exit, turn left at the bottom then turn right at the stop sign, then Left into PIR (youll be able to see it from the freeway. If you get to the Delta Park Exit, your one exit too far.

I Emailed both you guys with my cell # to get ahold of me.

rick,do u still have your stock front springs and shocks?if so, put those up front to help make it mushy and a little higher than what it is now. Weight transfer will be a little better. You already have a good 60 ft but do all you can to make it even better. I would invest into some subframe spacers to help some of your wheel hop.Good luck at 18 psi. Be safe!

I was going to comment on the wheel hop myself. The Whiteline subframe bushings when installed correctly almost eliminated my wheel hop ... good stuff ... well, that in combo with my Teins and stiff rate rear springs! Nice vid!! ... see you soon ;)

PS - Ease the clutch out when launching to reduce wheel spin, gain traction and slow the weight transfer ... it's also very useful in preventing transmission shock!

I got all my Whiteline bushings a while back through PDM-Racing. The subframe bushings are $80 (see link). Good people to deal with; plus they are the N. American distributer for Whiteline, as it's an Aussy company. Awesome products! With the subframe bushings, you have a choice of setting up the rear suspension geometry for Standard, Maximum Traction (mine), Drift, or All-round Performance. Very easy to install and can be removed time after time for ease of choosing your setup.

Ok, Last night I ran a best of 12.7 at 12psi, which is a tad faster at less boost. Im going back tonight since I was having troubles with my boost controller all night and now I have it fixed.

Im going to invest in a true LSD, new bushings, and a new boost controller. My boost controller doesnt want to let more than 7psi go to the top of the wastegate, thus not making me run more than 14psi. I got a new boost controller Ill be puttin on this week and going to a different dragstrip on friday, which is a little better and has better traction.
