the tentioner moves?...or the piston on the tentioner?...if your tentioner is moving up and down or side to side...you need to tighten them before they rip out of your head and waste that golden KA....
allso...if your going to get head work done......i HIGHLY RECOMEND ...steel thread replacments for every bolt hole on the head...valve cover bolt holes...intake bolt holes....upper cover bolt holes..and last but not least..the 12mm mother of all holes to fix...the lower timong chain bolt hole thats on the head....think they call it the idler sproket bolt...i forget..anyways...aluminum threads are really week...any amount of over tightening will require you to repair those threads..might aswell nip that in the bud!..allso the steal threads will allow you to really get a good seal on the valve cover as you can crank down on her a little more with the thread replacement....good luck.
