yes it was better than jack. they portrayed the joker to be what he should have been. a sick psychopathic terrorlst anarchist villain who deceives and outsmarts almost everyone. no matter what, the joker always wins. which is why he always makes a comeback in the comics.

they were planning more sequels that would have the joker in it but since the death of heath ledger and seeing how the dark knight ended i doubt they will make one and if they do, they're not going to top it.

anyways i know this is ****ed up but i have a sick sense of humor.

this is the alternate ending to the movie.http://youtube.com/watch?v=4vdc4F6ox6A

Same thing over here on the west coast. It was a freaking traffic jam because all the theaters let out at the exact same minute.

It's a great movie. I saw it last night and Heath Ledger was an awesome Joker. Very, very good. I want to see it again, I never want to see movies again.

But damn Rob... I got home at about the same time you did... and I just knocked out. Got less than 5 hours of sleep before I had to go to work.

It was worth it though!

One of the best movies ever, hands down. And heath ledger will no doubt get the oscar. Honestly his performance is one of the greatest individual performances ever. The oscar wont be for his memry, it really will be for the character he played. The first time he spoke in the movie I just sat there with my mouth wide open, wow.

The movie was awesome. I agree with both Ledger should get the posthumous Oscar and his Joker was better than Jacks.

I saw the 12 oclock showing on friday also and if not the best, in the top 3 best movies I have ever witnessed in my life. Heath Ledger, definate, definate oscar. The movie was amazing, but it is ashamed that it can never be topped in the future, atleast not with the joker as the villian because the Jokers part can never be portrayed that way again.

All i know is that if you didnt pay $18 to see this in an imax... your missin out!

The pencil was truly astounding and it set the pace for his persona IMO...

The sad thing is that i can see how someone forced (he wasnt forced) into acting a role like that for an extended period of time, can lose touch with reality and become attached to the character... Idk all im saying, is that if his last movie had been something lovey dovey with a cute girl on the beach, maybe things would be different now...

To Ledger!
