I contacted RS*R USA division and they are the Down Spring item N281D for the RWD M37/M56/Q70 Fuga Y51. They dont advertise for the US market so they will have to ship them from their Japanese facility, but so far so good and I think worth the money if you arent going to run coilovers. They also have a set for the AWD vehicles but it is a different product code.DFW2011M56S wrote:Which springs did you use? I do not see a listing for our cars on their website.
Thanks man! That's what I was thinking as well, but I have been told by a couple of people that have shops along with reading a couple things saying the RS*R springs don't sag like cheaper springs and they will fully settle in about 250 miles of driving.beachbum718 wrote:Looks great.my opinion is to wait on alignment. Makes no sense since it didnt settle and its just 1.5 inches.sort of a waste of money
I contacted RS*R USA http://www.rs-r.com/contact/ and let them know what vehicle I had and they located the springs from there Japanese inventory. Make sure you let them know if yours is RWD or AWD. It costs roughly $450 all together to have them shipped directly from Japan. Springs were $300 and shipping $150. They also have a domestic shipping option that cost like $25 or something, but it takes up to 6 weeks to get them. I got mine in about 7 days.iwk2much wrote:I like it. Where did you purchase this from?
Your car will sit really low in the front. The weight of the V8 and the transfer case adds up to about 400 lbs difference to a V6 RWD, or 200 lbs vs a V6 AWD. I would just go with coilovers on the V8 cars, even though the only company making them for AWD right now seems to be BC. Sadly you have are limited in off the shelf options.Big_Tone wrote:I contacted RS-R and got this response...
Thank you for inquiry.
Actuary, We do not have your vehicle specific application,
but fitment same as Infiniti M37 which application is
not guaranteed ride height, just because engine size different
from Japanese model in US.
If you have any questions,
please feel free contact us.

I'd love to see your car in person. I'm from Arizona too and from the looks of the mountains in the background, I'm not too far from where you took the original pictures. I'm picking up a 2015 Q70 next week and am very excited to make some subtle changes to it. Is there a way to PM on this site?LeRoy712 wrote:Just lowered the Q70 with RS*R down springs (1.8 F and 1.4 R) and so far so good. Will probably settle a touch more in the next week or so. Ride is very good in my opinion. It's a touch stiffer than before obviously, but not too noticeable. Rides like my buddy's stock 370z.
Sorry man I just saw this. I'll get some measurements when I get back home. Currently on vacation with the family. I'll put these on here around Tuesday.RL15Q70S wrote:Leroy712 - Looks really good! Just want to know where it sits vs. the Eibach kit.
Cool. I'm in the Gilbert area. That pic was actually walking up to my car at San Tan Village. I think you have to be a member for a certain period of time of have (x) numbers of posts. The springs are the only thing I have done to it. I purchased an ARK GRiP exhaust before ARK decided to redesign the system. Therefore I'm not getting it until supposedly Feburary now.spennyd25 wrote:I'd love to see your car in person. No problem with alignment at all. Matter of fact I had it checked 3 weeks ago and still in spec. Didn't need to do anything. The drop isn't dramatic enough. Overall I think it's settled in at about 1.6 all around.Tojo wrote:Did you have a hard time aligning after the drop settled?

I'm in the Gilbert area too...I live and work in the area. Would love to see your car sometime. I'm scheduled to pick up my 2015 Q70 on Thursday. It looks like I'm still too new here to be allowed to PM just yet. Will it allow you to PM me?LeRoy712 wrote:spennyd25 wrote:
