Whoever took it was just being neighborly in trying to help you avoid making a mistake.leesredgt wrote:What is the world coming to when you cant simply put out a one foot by one foot sign in the yard without getting it taken just b/c they dont like the person your voting for. There were like 10-13 of the same signs all down my street in my neigbors yards and they took them to.Ofcourse they left the only Obama one on the street.
I think the next sign i put out,im gonna outline it with razor wire,or hook it up to a 12v battery and then will see how many times they keep coming back.
I know exactly,i dont go around pulling Obama signs up.HashiriyaS14 wrote:I will admit that's pretty despicable.
My neighborhood is very politically active and nearly everyone has yard signs. Everyone gets along, signs don't disappear, etc.
Hell, I helped my neighbor get a McCain/Palin yard sign as the local office was out and I knew of another place that had them, lol. What do I care? How insecure must these people be to be stealing yard signs?
Ive already voted.telcoman wrote:

Just surround the next one with Obama signs so it can't be seen & and you'll be ok.

Also, stealing signs won't prevent people for voting for a candidate. I think its pretty retarded. Which reminds me, we have some yard signs to put in our yard. What else would you expect coming from Texas, the home of GWB, & the worst president this nation has ever had.

Well, Bush's approval ratings will be lower than Carter's were when he leaves office, and I don't think it's a stretch to assume that Bush 43's Presidency will be evaluated, historically, as having been worse than Carter's.marlin29311 wrote:I think you're confusing that with Georgia, the state where Jimmy Carter came from
