hehe, yeah, I was scared one time driving my brother's car from just buying it. Drove into a water puddle, and tried to take a sharp curve as I usually would in mine. Well, it almost ended in disaster, but for some reason I stayed very cool while it happened, thinking to myself, "I am not gonna crash my bro's "new" car" It was scary, but panic never took over me, so I just compensated and looked like a dorifto master.

Lemme get this straight... you smack into a sign right in front of the man? Like he was literally on the other side of it?

There was a cop at the traffic light and he saw me crash. Said he was gonna give me a ticket for wreckless driving but I played it off like I didnt know I was gonna drift. AWD kicked me to quickly into straight position (traffic) so I compensated and it again compensated for that...heading me straight towards a sign... which i knocked down :) TOOK THE SIGN OUT...yeah

My advice is to take everything as if you were a Grandmother at first, then ease your way up to JDM tyte dorfito master-style. Start small and work your way up. Start taking that familiar corner at 20, then 22, then 25, etc...You'll feel when the car is about to lose control in the seat of your pants. Sounds weird, but you'll feel something weird right before your wheels would lose traction...so when you feel that, slow down a little, and you've reached the limit (for now). Oh, and in rain or snow...SLOW in every way. Slow acceleration, slow braking, slow top end speeds, etc....speed limits are exactly that. Limits. Don't wreck an awesome car from not knowing how to handle it.
