Just got a LSD installed. How much power can they take?

Car has stock motor now, but wondering whats the breaking point on them? Came from a JDM S13 and has 5 bolt axles. Car may eventually get a turbo 6 in it.

Its not horsepower that kills diffs, its violent applications of torque / wheelhop.
