Hello all,

I am looking for advice on putting some 2011 Juke wheels on my 2008 Rogue S. It was time for some new tires so I found some "new" take-offs of a 2011 Juke. Everything looks to match up as I currently have the "steelies" which are: 215/70/16. I'm looking to replace those with a 215/55/17 set up from the new Juke.
The offset from the Rogue is +40 and the offset from the Juke is +47. The bolt pattern and everything else seems to be the same.

Is the offset too much? I'd appreciate any advice and or comments, thanks.

Personally, I would probably be comfortable between the ranges of +35 to +45. I don't know if it's because the Juke is a smaller car, but a +47 offset would make the tire go further into the wheel well and might rub.

I prefer the tire going out more if anything on the Rogue.

You can check online on those wheel calculators and figure it out that way too. I too been trying to find the right wheel but its a pain in the a** trying to find something I like. Little did I know that all the wheels I want are usually not close to the +40 offset and to top that off try to find a wheel with a center bore of 66.1 on rims that you might like. Don't get me going on spacers and hub centric rings, which I prefer not to use if possible but THAN you would not be able to get any wheel out there that you might like.

It's like we are not suppose to find wheels that we like in this world to fit our Rogue. As they say, the Rogue is the least customizable car out there it seems. Yah we could do a little mod here and there, but in the end its like. Hey, there's a Rogue, that looks like my Rogue, that looks like his Rogue. You know what I mean. For example, google a Nissan Rogue and all of them look the same. :bowrofl:

Sometimes I just stare at my Rogue and the more I look at the wheels, I think they don't look TOO bad. They are not flashy yet not dull either. Kinda perfect I guess. I found them easy to clean too for some reason which is good.

Moreover, it's kinda unique since they changed the wheels for 2011. If I ever get new wheels, I probably have to get some hubcentric rings. :slap:

7mm isn't a whole heck of a lot. The narrower 215 width of the Jukes OEM tires would give even more clearance. IMHO, the chances of it rubbing are slim to none.

Aftermarket wheels with vehicle specific hub bore sizes are near impossible to find. Many mfg's simply machine the centre bore oversized and use centric rings. It's a very common practice as it allows the wheel to be used on a wide variety of vehicles. If properly sized and a quality press fit aluminum ring is used, it's as good as the OEM wheel. I would not hesitate to use them.

The hub bore's purpose is to center the wheel on the hub, not to carry the loads placed on the wheel.

Thanks for the info to both of you. I went ahead and did it as I really like the wheels style from the new Juke. The tires were already on so I will use those until they need to be replaced and then get a bigger tire.
It handles a good deal better than with the 16" steel wheels and a bigger tire.
Check it out!

Looks nice. I was thinking of getting the wheels from the 2010 Krom edition. I have a black Rogue and like the chrome look. Those wheels look nice that you put on though.

It looks great. I just bought a set of these juke rims. Do you think 225 60 r17 tires would fit okay?
