I have a 2014 Rogue S, so at some point in the futureI hope to be putting some wheels on it. My question is, where can I find out what the bolt pattern is? The Manual? Haven't looked yet. I would prefer to put Nissan wheels on it if I can. The ones I am interested in most are the 'midnight edition' wheels on the Juke. Talked to a couple of people on ebay selling them..... both Nissan dealers. One said he didn't know if they fit the 2014 Rogue, and the other said no they didn't. Do they really have different bolt patterns? Curious if anyone on here might know.

Consult your manual. It will tell you the bolt pattern. Then look up the Juke's bolt pattern online... Bam

they should fit. the rogue and juke share a few things. just make sure the off-set is similar or as close to it as possible.

The only thing youll need to worry about is bolt pattern and hub bore size. All nissan/infiniti stock wheels have the same hub bore size. The offset really only comes into play when you want the wheels to come out past the fender.

the look is the least of your concerns, regarding off-set.
Too far out and you will start developing bearing issues. the pressure has to be equalized, otherwise you could lose a wheel while driving. Altering offsets affect how much load each of the two wheel bearings see both in straight-line driving and during cornering.

The chart attached above is for the 1st generation Rogue. Does the second generation use the same size wheels as the first gen? I realize the tire size itself is a bit different...

Are there any other Nissan wheels that will fit a second generation Rogue, and have the proper offset? Since the Rogue is based upon the Altima, will the Altima's wheels fit properly? What about other models?

I picked up 4 wheels today from a local shop, for my '15 SL. I want to put snows on them. They had new OEM steel 17x7 wheels that they said were for a 2014 S model.

IIUC the proper tire size for these wheels is 225/65r17.

I usually like to go a bit narrower for snows to get a little bit deeper bite. I used a tire size calculator and it seems that 195/75 is the same circumference as the 225/65, but I'm concerned whether that might be to narrow or to tall for the weight of the Rogue. I realize it's only about a inch narrower and a half inch taller sidewalls, but figured I'd ask here first before i buy some tires. So, has anyone thrown 195s on their rims? And/or can anyone tell me definitively whether they will be safe or not? These will be going on a '15 SL (maybe a bit heavier than an S)

Hello,

I'd like to buy these rims:

http://m.ebay.com/itm/131475345509

They are 17" 5 bolt rims from a nissan juke.
I think they should fit a nissan rogue 2012.
I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks,

CelticZ

My experience with a 2009 Rogue S with factory steel wheels - I put used 2014 Juke 17" wheels from eBay and they work great.

Old: 16" x 6.5" x 40mm offset Steel wheels with 215/70/16 tires
New: 17" x 7" x 47mm offset 2014 Juke wheels with 225/60/17 tires

it looks like the Rogue S does not have a 17" factory option but the SL does and it is 17" x 7" x 40mm so it can take 235/60/17 tires without any issues. However, putting the 47mm offset Juke wheels on a S model rogue, the front wheels (not the back) the 7mm the wheel goes into the well, you lose that 7mm so if you put 235 tires, you have a high risk of scraping the plastic lip of the suspension that juts into the wheel well (I don't think that is a big deal, though). 225 tires still fit OK with enough wiggle room even with the 47mm offset tires. Take a look at http://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?wheel1= ... m&scl=50mm for some pictures on fit.

A colleague told me that the 235 tires are made with compounds that have a higher coefficient of static friction than 215s or 225s so you get better traction at a slight loss of fuel economy but this consumer reports article paints a different picture http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/2012 ... /index.htm

The link you had says they have an offset of 48mm. There are others that claim that 2014 Juke wheels have an offset of 40 or 42. I certainly got confused. I got the used ones that I thought were 42 but ended up being 47. Have the seller send you a pic of the back to make sure of the offset (see the photo attached) and then calculate from there. If they are 42, you can get the 235mm tires
