My experience with a 2009 Rogue S with factory steel wheels - I put used 2014 Juke 17" wheels from eBay and they work great.
Old: 16" x 6.5" x 40mm offset Steel wheels with 215/70/16 tires
New: 17" x 7" x 47mm offset 2014 Juke wheels with 225/60/17 tires
it looks like the Rogue S does not have a 17" factory option but the SL does and it is 17" x 7" x 40mm so it can take 235/60/17 tires without any issues. However, putting the 47mm offset Juke wheels on a S model rogue, the front wheels (not the back) the 7mm the wheel goes into the well, you lose that 7mm so if you put 235 tires, you have a high risk of scraping the plastic lip of the suspension that juts into the wheel well (I don't think that is a big deal, though). 225 tires still fit OK with enough wiggle room even with the 47mm offset tires. Take a look at
http://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?wheel1= ... m&scl=50mm for some pictures on fit.
A colleague told me that the 235 tires are made with compounds that have a higher coefficient of static friction than 215s or 225s so you get better traction at a slight loss of fuel economy but this consumer reports article paints a different picture

The link you had says they have an offset of 48mm. There are others that claim that 2014 Juke wheels have an offset of 40 or 42. I certainly got confused. I got the used ones that I thought were 42 but ended up being 47. Have the seller send you a pic of the back to make sure of the offset (see the photo attached) and then calculate from there. If they are 42, you can get the 235mm tires
