The UN is a joke. They were a joke during the Israeli/Palestinian/Egypt wars back in the 60's. You see how great that turned out. Two countries (sorry, I guess Palestine isn't a country anymore) that have been at war (LOL, Israel beating up the little guy who's guns they confiscated) for 50 years. The UN is as worthless as they come. Just as well, Bush realized that, and with or without approval, we went to Iraq. That in itself shows that the UN is just a political farce.

1) our laws are based on common human decency and the CONSTITUTION

2)when a large portion of a country believes the same thing, they will likely share moral beliefs. And just as a point of arguement, that doesn't make them good.

3)The 'ten commandments' really aren't anything special...show me a religion that doesn't share most of the underlying principals (and this would be factual principals...not fox news principals)

5)If your saying your not a Christian...So your saying its ok for people to force their beliefs on you because they were who fonuded a place...I'll take some peyote and a sweatlodge to go then.

And I do think one's fidelity to their spouse is an indicator of their level of honesty and character as an elected official. It demontrates the very core of their values and how well they "walk the walk". Relationships are very complex things though and any analysis of the deterioration of one becomes sticky quickly, tread carefully when passing judgement people.
