Hey everyone, i just picked up a j30 lsd from the Junkyard. It came off a 93' so the output flanges have a diff bolt pattern. My question is can i simply use the out put flanges from my open diff and put it in the J30 diff and if so i am not exactly sure how to change the out put flanges.

Please is possible refer me to a thread with all the details. I found one a while back which was great but i never bookmarked it.

Yeah i did find i can either use the output flanges or the 93' j30 axels. I also here people talking about needing a shorter driveshaft. I did a swap with my friend but we used a 95'.j30 diff and the drivde shaft wasnt a problem. Should i have a problem with the driveshaft on a 93'

Just use the j30 axles. And the drivshaft will need to be and abs shaft. Also get solid diff bushings
