Thats a nice way of saying "neutral drop" Which is very bad for the transmission.

Pardon my question, but is it bad for all transmissions (like my Honda) or just the ones for the J30s?

Revving up in neutral then slamming it in gear will thrash any auto transmission.

sorry man umm i cant really expalin it i know you have to kinda push down n kinda push back cuz theres a hook that curves back towards tha back of the seat i wish i could record a short vid lol but umm yea man try that . n also theres like 3botls i think so unbolt those n do wat i told u it should work . sorry i havent replied to you .
