that was 900 with installation. For a brand new top, that ain't bad. considering how much of it has to be taken apart.

I could just use the doors, really. I'd be willing to pay 300 for the car if I could get the doors, as Bart said they were something like 600ish cheapest from a parts place online. If anyone knows where I can get some, please let me know..

never ran it. i prefer stuff with turns. but i'm guestimating that if someone who is used to running 1/4s with my car (which I'm not, btw) it would hit low 13's.

hot ****. I just got my second coupe (first one died) and now Im working on getting the second one running. Its a 93 se :D

When I hit the lotto, I have plans to make a hard top convertable out of it.(Im not joking.. well Im not so serious about the lotto thing, but if I have like 6k to blow, I will do it)

Call me nuts but thast my dream. Im still not sure weather to make it starting with a vert, or starting with a coupe..

But enough with my outlandish dreams of a hard top s13 drop top :D

Nice vert keep us posted.

i figure if you take a junked S13 coupe and cut the top off, you could mod the upper portion from there to clip onto your vert...couldnt you?

thats what I was thinking. Im pretty sure that you would need to cut the roof in the middle, so you could have a joint there. or, this is complete conjecture, but you could jsut have a joint where the rear window meets the roof, and have the inside of that window face up when it folds, then the roof stay in the same alignment, but move back with the window as it folds with teh inside facing up. And then the window would slide back. You would have no back seets, and the trunk would have to open backwards so tha tthe rear window and roof would go in there, and most of the rear seet roof would be taken up by the roof and window. So I think making a join in the middle of the roof would work best.

I really wish I had a lot of money. I have a lot of crazy creative ideas like this that I would make happen :D
