Idunno I've heard mixed opinions on this topic. Some people have said " I think so, I mean with subtle mods I think it could pull it off" then other people are saying "Hxxl no! VIP is at least Lexus or Infinity"

Whats everybodys take on this?

If you want to make a VIP s13 or s14 Make it.

Do not let the "law" of others personal opinions stop you.

Be proud of what you do and be safe.

Good Luck.

Ghasty

Check out the VIP section of Nico. They have some pretty crazy 240sx's. At times I wonder how the f*** do they roll around with that negative camber.

VIP purists are annoying. In my opinion a 240 can be VIP-styled, of course, but just so the nerds don't cry that it isn't a VIP platform, I've heard it called DIP style.

Drift/sports car + VIP styling = DIP, I guess. That would include being low, nice deep wheels, aero, and etc.

Sure why not? That Supermade one is nice and if you remember seeing that black S13 with the S14 kouki front end advertising for Falken tires. That was a nice VIP style one. Do what you like and f*ck anyone doesn't like it.

Dude who the F*ck cares about performance. Not every one owns a 240sx for that reason. Some own for looks, drift, daily drive, show. If your going VIP on your 240, make updates!!!!

it is worthy if its done right i think. just as long as you dont go putting huge wheels on it i think 18's are the biggest you can put on 240's anything bigger looks like crap.

I actually am recreating that car. =] Just not the 19 20 stagger unfortunately.

Picked up my aero and now I am trying to track down some wider rear wheels and throw mine in the front. ugh. These new tires I bought are really tall. It makes my rear rake up. REAL ANNOYING.

its a little more difficult to "drift" with an underpowered vehicle than you may know... Getting sideways for a few seconds isnt exactly what true drifters call the art of drifting..

Sweet.

Talk about performance with your NA 300ZX, huh.
