hey, at least all they have to do is break a window on yours. they can rip my top and cost me even more money to get things fixed :(

Frameless windows = no need to bust the window. They are pretty easy to steal.

Park next to a car that's more easily stolen like the new celica, accords, camry's or integras and pray they go for those instead of your car. lol

No cause thats when they get two people and make off with both cars. In all actually I'm more worried about my new car getting stolen (although who would actually WANT that thing...) than I was with my 240.

keeping a low profile would really help

if they really want your car they can tow it away

otherwise they would have to try to start your car, they can by pass any ignition kill or alarm kill as long as they have access to your hood, so having a fuel cut off woudl be great

The 240 is very easy to still, just pull the windows back and you've got yourself a car.

If you're serious get a kill switch/alarm/gps

just wire a switch up to the fuel pump, then hide it in an inconspicuous place, like under the ashtray

if there isno power to the fuel pump, you can't drive the car due to lack of fuel

just hook up a switch to it and hide it

240's are one of the easiest.

kill switch is the best way. gps...... idunno man thats some cash right there. and an alarm is just annoying. takes like half a second to disable.

This guy walks out of his office building and walks up to this old, busted up wreck.then he grabs a corner of the car and pulls and off comes the car cover and there lies his real car underneath. It happened sort of like that.

Actually, 2 way alarms ROCK if you are close enough to them to get the page. Then you can go check on your car yourself, since we all know nobody else is going to. I'm a big fan of alarms, especially if you sleep near your car. If nothing else, they act as a deterrent. Kill switches are also good, but ultimately you just want your car to look as uninviting as possible. If a theif REALLY wants your car, they can get it and 240's are easy to steal, especially S13's.

yeah i guess if you just haul *** to the car and watch it get driven away. it seriously does not take long at all to take a car.

alarms dont do ****. nobody even pays attention to'em. kill switch is the only sure way to make sure the car wont be started.

I sleep less than 30 feet from my car, 9 times out of 10, my car will be parked either in a secure gated lot, or within 100 feet of me. If you dont think I can get to my car in under about 10 seconds at any given time, you are mistaken. The times I cant get to my car, I feel pretty safe about it, I dont leave it parked in some ****ty neighborhood or outside some trashy dive bar. So go ahead, try to steal my car, see what happens ;) Its kill switched too, and not just the fuel pump. Also, even if you DO only get there as your car is getting pulled away, better to get some plates or be able to report the theft IMMEDIATELY than whenever you normally would have gone to use your vehicle. The sooner you report the theft the better the chance of recovery.
