As long as you heatshrink over the exposed wire ends your fine.
However your power steering harness is really important, make sure you leave that one intact.

Make sure to tape all wires individually, if any of them touch, you will have serious electrical gremlins. Also try resizing your sig, its way over the limit, max size is 600 x 200.
