I recently swapped a Blacktop SR into my 92 SE. This is my second SR in this car and everything worked fine with the last swap. I seem to be having some sort of fuel pump problem after this recent swap. I am using a walbro 255lph pump. The fuel pump only primes prior to start-up only when it wants to, thus making my car unreliable. I have checked, re-checked and checked again (literally) my wiring that I did with the swap. I checked the black/pink wire from the relay block from the EGI pump relay back to pin 104 and have continuity. I have tested the pump with a 12v power source and it works perfectly. I have checked for continuity from the grounds on the relay to the chassis behind the driver side headlight. This morning I even checked the Ignition switch. I also replaced the EGI pump relay. The fact that it works sometimes makes me believe that its a wiring issue somewhere. Everything was in working condition before this swap. I am running out of options here and its kinda irritating. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would check the wiring going to your relay definitely. Even pull the relay out and check for any loose connections inside the relay or busted solders.
