well...finished the engine, and it's time for interior and exterior work...

so first...

The GTR gauge cluster...fit's perfectly, 2 hours of wiring work... but works and looks great!

some more new stuff...

- Launch

new climate control...

And now for the exterior... (sorry for the dust )

and... i guess that Masa Motorsports isn't that perfect after all...

can you see the difference between the fenders?their corners aren't the same, the right one goes deeper to the hood...i hope that it won't be that bad after i'll paint it...

can you see the bend? lucky me i want to go cf in a month or two..

bolt on anyone?

thats all for now...

i'll post some pics after i'll get it painted...

Tom

That is really impressive with the gauge cluster, and the climate control (how did you do that)! Where are the pics of the motor?

As for the front end... I know you paid for the fenders/front end you have but you might consider taking some real S15 fenders and your original S14 fenders to a body shop and have them cut and put together. That's what Hybridone did (search for pics of his car) and it turned out really really well. To bad he sold it, and the guy who bought it pulled out the RB and put in a SR!!!

we have barely 10 S14's in israel, no S15, No s13, No R's...

so getting S15 fenders will take long, and be expensive...

i'll try to do the best i can with those... this project is taking too long anyways...

about the motor..zerothread?id=128148

about the climate control and gauge cluster...

i've took the S14 manual a/c and auto a/c diagrams, and sorted it out on paper... then changed the wires on the plug...

the gauge cluster was easier... it has writing on it's back, so i've just took the pins out of the plugs, and inserted it to the new ones on the right spot... i can help you if you want...fell free to contact me on the aim - audi180s14or messenger - [email protected]...

Tom, very cool but I have some advice.

Paint is Not going to hide that flawed fitment in the front end. Either fix it or get it fixed before its painted. It will drive you nuts if you dont. I had a part on a datsun that fit like that, and ignored it. That part drove me crazy until I sold it. Its just too late after paint to really get into it if it needs repair.

Otherwise, really nice man!

the man from the body shop told me that if i'll fix it with fiber or something, it will start to crack after 2 days

I actually asked about the climate control b/c I would like to switch my Pathfinder's manual climate to auto... and just wondering about how hard it is to do.

I was interested in the fitment of the cluster more than the wiring. I'm going to leave my stock cluster in, but I thought yours was a very clean install and thought others might wonder how to do it.

I think Hybrid got his fenders for 350 or so shipped... we don't have the S15 here either.

whats up?, where did you buy your hood from, is there a chance it's a knock off?. or maybe it's just cause it's made for the s15, or maybe your fenders and front bumper are off alittle cause I heard MASA was a very good company. I ordered the MASA front bumper and vented hood for my 91 hatch, I hope they fit better! here's a pic of the hood and bumper I'm getting

i've got it directly from masa in japan..

it came with their logo, and the package came with their catalogs all over the place... so i guess it's geniuine...

i really hope that you'll et something better.. i'm pretty diappointed with mine..

it cost me about 2100$ for the entire body kit (fenders, hood, bumpers and sideskirts...), it it was supposed to cost a lot more if i had to ship it alone (i've put it in my container that i've brought from jap...
