I'm thinking Robert Blake. It's got that Baretta look to it. And a Chevy SS would not have been cool enough for a Hollywood star.

OJ liked white Broncos and Bentleys, remember?

Chevy Impala SS.

The ones they made in the mid 90's that my car gets accused of being a clone for at times.

I should have some pics from the guy, on Monday, when I return to work. I will share them. It seems there are a few bids on the car.

I kinda think it's cool. It would be a fun car to play with. Then I could keep my '94 stock.

If anybody still cares, I have a bunch of pics, mostly of the interior. Here's what he had to say about the car:

Quote »"Jeff, Here are the pictures. I haven't put them up on ebay yet. I would appreciate it if you could put them up on NICO.

As for the engine and transmission, I have a receipt for both from fall of 2001. I don't have the Japanese mechanic's name, but the receipts indicate (along with an internet search to verify the companies involved) that he had the engine/transmission imported from Japan and installed them around that time. It also appears that an aluminum radiator was installed as well, along with the trick mags, tires, and suspension sustem. The AC was recharged in May of 2002, and the trick remote alarm/engine stater/air horns/car stereo installed then as well. Please excuse my ignorance, but what is a EUC and TCU upgrade? Maybe I can track that one down as well.

Thanks about the baby - we just bought another Q45 - this time a 1994, that is a little more sedate for my wife (green with a nice pleasant tan interior). The Lambo wasn't mine - I had the Dodge truck in the back ground. I'm a government lawyer, and civil service pay isn't enough of a Lambo - not in my lifetime. That was a beautiful machine, though."[/quote]

Here's a shot of the intake, and what looks like to me, strut adjustments, or something.

Jeff - Those aren't strut adjustments - They're air horns - the $20 PepBoys kind.

That intake.... Eewwwww. I won't start.

Still, not a bad toy for the right price.

Impul & Admiration make grills for the Q......however the kicker is they are both Japenese companies and those grills litterally cost a mint. I think the Impul one costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.400.00  yes that's one-thousand four hundred dollars. That is literally half of what I paid for my entire Q. :(
