So Mchedaddi asked me to put in my two cents because I've been driving around with the CF trunk on for a while now.
I don't have pics, and can't take any for another week or so because AIT has the car right now. (They're finishing up the GTR rear bumper)
As for fitment, the trunk was made with the body kit they have on my car, so I don't know how it will look with a stock rear bumper. (I guess the body kit rear sticks out a little further and is a little wider than stock) But I've had no issues with it. It fits like a glove and is super light. Really, if it wasn't CF, I'd forget that it was an aftermarket part. All the carpeting and the trunk release (in case someone is thrown into the trunk) are where they should be, and all the holes for the fasteners and such are in the correct places.
Nothing negative to say about it except for one thing. You know that black strip where the button is for keyless trunk release? From factory, that thing is held onto the stock trunk with double-sided silicon foam tape. So when you go to put that thing onto your new trunk, that tape will not be as sticky and it will feel semi-loose and/or rattle if you have a system. You will have to buy some foam tape and put it back there. It's an easy fix.
Other than that, what else is there really to know? I don't think it really helps with downforce at all, although, I haven't gone to a wind tunnel to officially prove or disprove it. 99.9% of us probably don't even drive fast enough for downforce to be an issue. I don't know. What else do you want me to say about it? It adds 20 HP?
I haven't seen the BMagic product, but if it looks and fits anything like the CF one on my car now, potential buyers will not be disappointed. It looks and works just like a stock part straight from Nissan. So enjoy!
