I have purchased the Mounting Bracket, paddle shifter, Sport package trim, and Wiring harness as
howto-install-paddle-shifters-m37-m56-q70-t603403.html mentioned
I got all of them recently Image
The installation seems straight forward but there is no instruction for connecting the wiring harness as I don't know how to assess the meter harness if that is correct way to connect, I can't find any instruction on the Internet as they are all for G37.

Thanks

How much was all that? I want to add paddle shifters but not for $600.00

Pull your column trim and see if you are pre-wired.

Yeah I did check and my car doesn’t have the prewire that’s why I got the wire, and I can’t give you the number since those buy are separate and I can’t remember them all, sry and thanks satown:)

This is supposed to be a similar install.

Are you sure you're not pre-wired? The connectors are tucked behind the bundle and taped up so you won't see the actual connector.

It is a very simple install, just like the g37 since it's the exact same paddle shifter. You only need to disconnect one cable at the bottom of the column since the bracket fits over that connector.

Did you buy new column trim pieces? Your old trim wont fit.

Make sure you disconnect your battery.

Do you have more close up shots of that cable bundle? It looks like it's an in-line splice. You need to look for the connector labeled M53. I think you plug the M53 connector into the harness and then the other end into wherever M53 was connected to.

Go download the service manual and look at PG.pdf and TM.pdf

Go read the MWI.pdf and IP.pdf files. Looks like it plugs into the back for your speedo gauge

And this is the photo taken from the right side.

I did check the IP, however from my understanding it tells me to tear apart the top of the meter while g37's how-to-do tells to get the connection from the center console.

Thank you so much for the reply!

It still doesn't have a clear shoot how to access to the harness connection.

I just finish a final exam so I have time to check how much they cost for you :)

M37 bracket with easy wiring harness , hardware and EMS shipping to Canada fee: USD$197

25549-JK000 paddle shifter: about USD$310

sport package column: CAD$ 226

If that can help :gapteeth:

Thank you so much for your reply!

Different cars have different connection points, but here'sthe best part...your ARE pre-wired!!! Take a look at your second picture, that's the paddle shifter connector taped up.
