After a borked Fujita install, I ordered the Stillen intake. I don't know that it will make a significant difference, one that can be felt, but I can't imagine it being worse due to the volume of air the intake is capable of supplying.

I'll let my butt dyno decide.

However, I have personally been a part of borla's dyno process and they did just that. Also with my last turbo car, my eclipse, the shop that did all the dyno testing was set up in that EXACT same perspective. I'm not saying every company does this, I was refering to certain speculatory companies that pony up 55 hp and 33mpg from drop in mods, cough *turbonator* cough . Sure it might just be them, but I dont know. I didn't blame STILLEN for any of this, or Injen. I know you guys do true testing, I have full faith in STILLEN. But I found it kind of hard to believe, when I called Injen and asked them where they got those dyno numbers from, they had used a 3.5 CVT. Knowing what we know about CVT and dyno's, just found it kinda shady

As for the speed difference, It doesn't make sense to gain 15 mph in the quarter, and there could have been many factors that played in, but this is what I saw, I could be crazy. Don't be mad at me Kyle, I posted this when I was on the aircraft carrier, working 14 hours a day for 21 days straight, I was a bit pissed off at the world
Gaining 15 MPH in the 1/4 mile by putting back the stock intake? That means with the INJEN, your car lost 80 WHP.

If a car goes from 100 MPH in the 1/4 to 115 MPH in the 1/4, you have just gained 100 WHP.

I noticed the stock intake gives you better low end torque then the WAI's out there, but they WAI's still give you better top end power. My husband dynoed 244 WHP with the Fujita.

And do you guys want a solutation your WAI problems? Here is it:

What intake should i get for a 2.5s MT? On the fujita website it says only for the auto transmission. What should i be getting? Or will the auto one work for a MT. Same goes for the injen?

...so apparently Fujita hasn't updated their website... It DOES work with the 2.5 MT (I just received mine a week ago) as long as it's the SR-2824 model. Can't say for sure about the Injen. When you think about it, they're pretty much identical pieces of pipe so get the one that's cheapest.

On the F5 website --> http://www.f5air.com/applications.html, it's the fourth up from the bottom of the Nissan section. Or, you can buy directly from FujitaOnline here --> http://www.fujitaonline.com/20...4.htm

All you have to do is go to the websites and search for your particular vehicle.................
